Located between a pedestrian walkway and a high-traffic corridor, this supportive housing project is designed to add critically needed housing to the region, while remaining affordable to build and operate. Developed as part of the City of Vancouver’s Permanent Modular Supportive Housing Initiative (PMSHI), the project is a modular steel structure and aims to achieve Passive House certification.
