N’Quatqua is a community at the south end of Anderson Lake in the Sea-to-Sky corridor. This BC Housing funded project offers additional housing options for the community and used prefabricated wall and roof panels to achieve high level of energy performance (BCBC Energy Step Code 4) and minimize site work.
