Situated between transit lines, walkable areas and natural spaces, this project is a six-storey mixed-use rental building located in the Kitsilano neighbourhood in Vancouver. The building enclosure was designed specifically with the goal of reducing embodied carbon and increasing building performance, using tailored solutions for the different wood frame, concrete and steel stud construction assemblies found throughout the project.
