When completed, the expansion of the Beaty Biodiversity Centre will be a 4,430 sq. m. laboratory and office addition to the existing building that will provide space for researchers, museum collections and supporting functions, as well as meeting and gathering spaces. The project features a sunken courtyard and extensive green roof over the below grade portion of the building. The team is pursuing LEED Gold.
