Lake City Studios is a new film production facility containing 20 soundstages, dedicated support and storage areas and ample office space. Constructed using design measures such as improved roof insulation and air-to-air heat recovery, the buildings are designed to be compliance neutral to allow for future tenant fit out, and reduce wasted energy overall.
